Congratulations, Ben.

For those that don’t know, Ben proposed today . . . and . . . Stephanie accepted. We’re very happy for them.

My failure to prune has cost us the grape crop (we have just a few bunches to sample this year), but the birds appear to appreciate the extra shade.

I had this pop up as my wallpaper (from among many pictures from our sons’ and daughters-in-law’s recent vacation together). I’d forgotten how great a shot it was. Hope you enjoy it too.
