Cold, quiet day in Ohio

Posted on April 5th, 2007 by larry

We’ll, we’ve gone from a sunny 75 degrees and mowing grass on Tuesday to 24 degrees and snow flurries today (Thursday). It’s all part of the wonder of Spring in Ohio.

Ma’s ready for Easter with a fridge full of food and 12 Paska in the freezer. We’re both looking forward to Mike, Jenn & Caleb’s visit this weekend.   Wish Jeff, Anna-Marie & Sebastian could be here too — we’ll have to wait a few more months for that.

I managed to clear some trash from the basement — five boxes of old receipts, bank statements, etc. to the commercial shredder (the fireplace was too slow, and the home model shredder was overwhelmed) and a box of computer pieces parts to the hazardous waste collection site. That’s the extent of my Spring cleaning so far.

Happy Birthday, Caleb

Today was Caleb’s birthday party at Grandma and Paca’s.  We had a great time, and he was as cute as ever.   Here are a few snapshots:hpim0625.jpg
